About time I had a track from The Very Best on here. The Very Best is a collaboration between the amazing Malawi-born vocalist Esau Mwamwaya and Radioclit in London. They all met when Esau sold his old bike to a record shop manager in London, which is how all bands should start. The group was responsible for the much improved M.I.A./Clash Paper Planes cover earlier in the year.
Now they have roped Ezra Koenig of Vampire Weekend fame for good measure, and produced the Warm Heart of Africa. My favorite track from one of the best albums of the year.
